The room was what I have expected The spa facilities / access The location close to main street / restaurants / beach Staff friendly / professional

We were there for 4 nights and bedsheet not been changed! I take into account the climate / environment touch but how about hygiene! I believe the cleaning hasn't been done in the spa as 1st visit I saw an apple seed in the Hammam "someone ate an apple..." well - the seed was there for the remaining days I stayed. The bin hasn't been emptied. I have other examples but I will just mention those... On our last night around 1-2am, there was loud noise... I believe I emailed the hotel via booking Intranet but they never reply back. It was irritating but what else can I do...! The nearest airport is Nice, although that it is only 30mn drive the cost of the taxi is pretty higher "+100 euros" ... so defo it is wise to have someone who can ride you to Cannes. "need to be careful to not get scammed..."

Lovely staying

Charmful historic building in a quite square of the city centre next to the Croisette. We got a very large and beautiful double-windowed room on the forth floor, quieter than expected, with a king-size and comfy bed and a cozy sitting corner. Large and good bathroom. We also appreciated the self-regulating heating and the wide wardrobe. The free spa is small but nice and pool’s water was warm enough to have a bath in a cold winter evening. Also the staff was very friendly.

The shower should be renovated.

Overall very good, definitely a place to go back to, if I have the occasion

Fast check in, very well positioned, confortable, lot of facilities (pool, sauna, spa)

Wifi is unusable, signal too weak, coudn't do even basic connection. Hot food for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked potatoes) are a good option, but quality pretty poor and the food was barely lukewarm

Nice stay in Cannes

The hotel is located in the center of Cannes, close to the beach and main roads. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hotel has a full service spa that is free for guests. There is also a convenient parking at the hotel. The prices are right.

I didn't like having to carry my luggage up to my room by myself.

Location is very good, very close to the sea. Personnel in general is friendly and polite. Small pool and sitting area on the top of the roof.

The room is too small for two persons. I ordered superior double room, but there is only space to go around the bed. The last night we stayed at the hotel the fire alarm started at 2 o’clock at night. All people on the floor were confused and could not understand what was happening. However, The lady at the reception could not at all explain what the problem was. She just repeated “it’s ok”.

Fantastic location. Exceptional staff. Clean and very comfortable.

Elevator seemed to have a mind of its own. It would not go up to our floor and kept going to the basement. Had to get off on the main floor and change to the other elevator. Made us a little nervous.
